Hari has over 20 years in Technology, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Equity. Hari is the currently the CEO of Trivikram, a Real Estate firm on the Indian Subcontinent. Prior to Trivikram he worked as a consultant CEO of Infrastructure for Malaxmi, where he was responsible for identifying investment opportunities, creation of townships, Special Economic Zones and Industrial Parks. Hari has worked in the IT services industry for 18 years in USA personally participating in the rise and boom in India's IT services sector. Hari is also the founding President and CEO of RedSalsa Technologies Inc. which for the last 15 years provides Information Technology Services including Enterprise Resource Planning, Content Management, and Application Development. In addition Hari has advised several Fortune 1000 clients, such as IBM, AT&T and Verizon.
Hari is the Founder of CEO CLUBS INDIA. He is a member of Young Entrepreneurs Organization, USA. He has been recognized as one of the "40 under 40" entrepreneurs by Business News, New Jersey, USA. He was named a finalist for Entrepreneur of the year award by Ernst and Young. Under Hari's leadership RedSalsa has been named as "Fast 50" and "Fast 500" for 3 years by Deloitte and Touche, and INC. Magazine ranked RedSalsa on its "Inc. 500" list for 3 years. Hari received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, USA, an M.S. in Computer Science from Bradley University, USA and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, India. He serves on the board of Kellogg Alumni Club of Dallas Fort Worth. A practitioner of Yoga and meditation, Hari is involved in several charitable organizations including literacy, education, and healthcare in India.
