Bio:

Mike brings over 20 years of significant management and entrepreneurial experience to Ourania. Mike has extensive experience in presenting clear, concise business proposals to groups of venture capital investors. He is a certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor through the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors in Chicago.

Mike has quickly positioned Ourania as an aviation consulting and business brokerage concern, with international customers in Asia. This consulting enterprise focuses on private jet sales and operational setup, as well as seller representation in lower middle-market transactions. Prior to that, Mike was president and founder of a fractional ownership and long-term lease provider of private jet aircraft. While there, Mike's marketing expertise and customer relationship management skills with jet owners and buyers allowed quick entry into five major metropolitan areas.

Mike received his MBA degree from Southern Methodist University and also graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Master of Aeronautical Science degree, concentrating in aeronautics. While at SMU, Mike led his team to a second place finish in the annual business plan competition. His team went on to receive top honors in the preliminary round of the regional business plan competition at Rice University, bettering a group of 19 teams from nationally-ranked universities.

Mike received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force after serving as a fighter pilot in the F-15 Eagle and F/A-18 Hornet. He volunteers in the local community with various non-profit organizations. Mike is a Son of the American Revolution.
