Rohit is a serial entrepreneur recognized for his ability to turn simple ideas into high growth businesses that bring exceptional value to stakeholders. His background includes more than 20 years in key leadership and operations position within software and technology service companies.

Rohit is currently involved with investment partnerships in Distrssed Debt, Financial Wealth Management [Wilshire Group At Morgan Stanley], Commercial Real Estate and Private Equity.

Most recently, Rohit conceptualized and patented SplitEmail an email innovation with a goal to completely change the way people communicate on a daily basis using email.

Rohit was the CEO of Paranet Solutions; a professional services provider specializing in network services and enterprise security. Rohit purchased the struggling eSolutions group from Sprint in Oct 2002 [Paranet] that he turned around and sold to Valeo capital partners in Oct 2006.

Rohit also founded Vivare in January 2002 and served as CEO, a systems integration firm focused on providing solutions involving service oriented architecture, wireless, mobile content delivery, and business intelligence. As CEO of Vivare, Rohit was responsible for strategic planning and development of key customer and partner relationships. Vivare was acquired by Perficient [Nasdaq:PRFT] in September 2005.

Before founding Vivare, Rohit was a Sr. Vice President of One Community Inc., a national consulting firm focused on demand chain solutions involving CRM, operational strategy, e-business, and architectural design.

Rohit joined ONE in August 1999 as part of the acquisition of Vital Solutions, which he founded in 1997. Utilizing his software sales background, Rohit developed a business model that was very unique to the consulting industry. This business model, complemented with a distinctive management style, made Vital Solutions the fastest growing IT services firm in Southwest US with an exclusive focus on Systems and Data management.

Prior to that, Rohit was the District Technical Manager for Sybase, where he was responsible for managing Software Presales and Advanced Services Group.

In 1990, Rohit conceived and built an organization Vital, Inc. focused on developing and publishing cross-platform software solutions. From this venture came CRiSP, a leading cross-platform integrated development environment, TRUDGER, an internet web agent, DDMF, a real time dynamic database for online trading, and LMCRiSP, a multi-platform license management software. DDMF technology was sold to Reuters.

Rohit earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT-R, and M.S in Computer Science from University of Alabama.
